Max Hixon:
Max started his career in Scotland, Perth University and studied for two years after returning to Spain acquiring a four-year contract managing a seven-figure business deal. This required significant management of optional costs and staff, making it a big-league endeavour.
Shortly after Covid, Max used his skills to help a friend build and manage their business from a single start which generated to a healthy 100,000-euro annual gross revenue. This gradual turnover required, scaling and outsourcing with the added expertise Max had learned and a stepping stone in motivation and general liaising with all involved which Max has no problem with.

Steve Askew:
Steve a founder of I&S although retired, contributes to the company by assisting where necessary and has diligently trained the accounts department with its complex accounts and banking procedures enabling transparency for all communities.
Ian Smith:
Ian a founder of I&S although retired is still an adviser to the company with over twenty years of service advice and is happy to contribute to the successful running of I&S with its new team of enthusiastic workers.
